These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fortworthworldcupstay.com (the "Site") and any direct booking arrangement entered into with Magnolia Developers, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), Fort Worth, TX. By using this Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Property
The Fairmount House is a privately owned short-term rental property located in Fort Worth, TX. The property sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. All stays are subject to availability and the terms below.
2. Inquiries & Booking
Submitting an inquiry form on this Site does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us and the required deposit or full payment has been received.
Bookings may be made directly, through Airbnb, or through VRBO. Direct bookings are governed by these Terms and any written confirmation we provide. Airbnb and VRBO bookings are additionally governed by the respective platform's terms and policies.
3. Rates & Payment
Nightly rates and minimum stay requirements vary by booking window as described on the Site. Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed in writing.
For direct bookings, a 50% deposit is due at confirmation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are not held without a deposit.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
For direct bookings:
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival forfeit 50% of the total booking value.
- Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before arrival forfeit the full booking amount.
- No refunds are issued for early departures or no-shows.
Airbnb and VRBO cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking on those platforms.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- The booking guest must be 18 years of age or older.
- Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior written approval is grounds for immediate termination of the stay without refund.
- Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the condition in which it was found. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the booking guest.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property at any time.
- Pets are permitted only with prior written approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.
- Guests must comply with all applicable Fort Worth noise ordinances and neighborhood quiet-hour guidelines.
- Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from Dallas Stadium/AT&T Stadium. Drive times and traffic conditions are estimates only.
6. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM CT. Standard check-out is 11:00 AM CT. Early check-in at 1:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM may be available for certain booking editions subject to calendar availability and must be confirmed in writing prior to arrival. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
Magnolia Developers, LLC provides this Site and the property on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your stay at the property, including but not limited to injury, loss of property, travel disruption, or changes to FIFA World Cup match schedules or venues.
Match schedules, team assignments, kickoff times, and venue information are published in good faith based on available FIFA and Dallas Host City information and are subject to change. We are not responsible for changes made by FIFA, the Host City, or any governing body.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, photography, layout, and design — is the property of Magnolia Developers, LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission. FIFA, World Cup, and AT&T Stadium are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of those names on this Site is for descriptive and informational purposes only. Magnolia Developers, LLC is not affiliated with FIFA, the U.S. Soccer Federation, or AT&T Stadium.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Terms in effect at the time a booking is confirmed govern that booking.
